Ashley was weighing 2 pounds and 8 ounces at the time her birth. The hospital stay she was in ICU was for a whole month. Parents were informed that she'd need a heart operation on Christmas Day. The prayers were answered when Ashley's parents went in Christmas Day and were told by doctors that her heart had closed up. Ashley was not required to undergo any procedures. Her release was to go to her home in the weight range of 4 1/2 pounds following being hospitalized two months. Seit then she is healthy! Her father is of English as well as German descent. Her Irish mother's family comes from. Her acting debut was as Barbie Doll in the 2002 Salon Surprise commercial. Ashley aged 8 was spotted by the Ford Modeling Agency. On the stage, she has worked consistently and remains with the Agency. Acting was her passion since she was 10. Ashley went onto do 35 commercials. Then she moved on to the stage. Acting was now Ashley's passion. Ashley's focus shifted to acting. There was not much time to dance or modeling. Ashley's final appearance on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was "Hanna Marin". Ashley has also appeared in Romeo Miller (aka Lil Romeo) and Solange's music video for her track "True Love". Britney and Ashley also participated in an Vogue Magazine Photo Shoot. The actress is in the NLT's "That Girl".
